By downloading or using Morph, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

License

Morph grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on any Mac you own. A single purchase covers one user across their personal devices.

Free and Paid Features

Morph offers basic features for free. Premium features require a one-time purchase. No subscription, no recurring charges. You own your license permanently — it does not expire.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

What You Can't Do

Your Files

Morph processes files entirely on your device. We never access, collect, or store your files. You retain full ownership of all files you process with Morph.

Disclaimer

Morph is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ensure reliability, but we are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages arising from use of the software. Always keep backups of important files.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morph's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Morph after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
